COVID-19 Business Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant (CDC)

Introduction and Eligibility

This form allows you to apply for the Covid-19 Business Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant; based on your answers we'll work whether or not you're eligible.

To be eligible your business must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Your business was trading on 30th December 2021.
  • Your business has a Business Rates (as referred to as a National Non-Domestic Rates) account number issued by Cherwell District Council.
  • Your business must not be in liquidation, dissolved, struck off, or subject to a striking-off notice.
  • The business property you're claiming a grant for is used by the business for providing direct in person services.
  • Your business should fall into one of the following categories:
    • Hospitality.
    • Leisure.
    • Accommodation.
  • The subsidy limits set out at https://www.gov.uk/guidance/check-if-youre-eligible-for-the-omicron-hospitality-and-leisure-grant

To complete this form please have to hand the following:

  • Your Business Rates/National Non-Domestic Rates account number.
  • Your unique taxpayer reference; depending on your business type this may be your company number, VAT registration number, National Insurance Number, Registered Charity Number, Unique Taxpayer reference, Registered Charity Number etc.
  • A bank statement no older than three months that clearly shows your bank account name, sort code, and account number.

Your business rates account number should be seven digits long and begin with a three.

Eligibility Criteria for the Business Omicron Hospitality and Leisure

  1. Your business was trading on 30th December 2021.
  2. Your business has a Business Rates (as referred to as a National Non-Domestic Rates) account number issued by Cherwell District Council.
