Please note that Untaxed vehicles, SORN declared vehicles on the highway, and vehicles without an MOT do not constitute an abandoned vehicle and will not be investigated by Cherwell District Council.

Please report any of the above to the DVLA.

If you need to report Wilful Obstruction of the Highway (Section 137 Highways Act 1980), Unnecessary Obstruction (Section 42 Road Act 1988) and Leaving Vehicles in a dangerous position (Section 22 Road Traffic Act 1988) then please contact Thames Valley Police. 

You can only use this form to report one abandoned vehicle. 

If you need to report more than one vehicle please complete another form separately. 

Please note it may take up to 4 weeks to investigate and remove the vehicle due to legalities.
