FPN Type Selection

This form lets you pay Fixed Penalty Excess Charge Notices (fines) issued by the Council. These include:

  • Cycling on a footpath.
  • Failure to comply with a Community Protection Notice (CPN).
  • Failure to comply with a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO).

To pay your Fixed Penalty Excess Charge Notice you will need:

  • The unique reference number shown on the Fixed Penalty Excess Charge Notice.
  • A valid & current debit or credit card.
