Cherwell District Council Brighter Futures in Banbury Community Insight Fund - End-of-Project – Evaluation

This evaluation form contains a series of questions to be completed and submitted at the end of the project, to help capture the activities that have taken place from the Brighter Futures in Banbury Community Insight Fund.

All data is collected and stored in line with our Data Protection policy and shared with the Public Health Team at Oxfordshire County Council, who funds the Community Profile insight Grants. Oxfordshire County Council, Public Health is collecting this information as part of activities to monitor grants disbursed through the Community Insight Profile grant funding. You may be contacted using the details you provide if further information is needed for this purpose.

The information collected from case studies and feedback may be used in publicly available reports drafted by Oxfordshire County Council and Cherwell District Council.
