This form is to be completed for grant funding by constituted community groups in helping Cherwell residents to tackle the impact of COVID 19 and in particular,  to prevent food insecurity.

Please note that all application forms must be emailed to the above email address, posted copies will not be accepted during the COVID 19 crisis.
